Having spent years working with construction professionals and property maintenance across the western Twin Cities suburbs, our founders saw firsthand how much buyers could miss when inspections were rushed. That experience shaped a more thoughtful approach: thorough walkthroughs, clear reports, and a willingness to answer every question, even after the report is delivered.
